Respect for Human Rights

Asahi Life Group Human Rights Policy

Asahi Life Group recognizes that the life insurance business plays a vital role in supporting society alongside the social security system, and that its business activities themselves represent an important means of fulfilling corporate social responsibility. Based on this recognition, we uphold “Sincere Service” as our philosophy, making the fulfillment of responsibilities to customers, society, and employees the foundation of our corporate activities.
In 1996, as an expression of our commitment to respecting human rights and as a pledge never to tolerate any form of discrimination as a responsible corporate citizen, we issued the “Declaration on Human Rights.”
Furthermore, in order to promote respect for the human rights of all stakeholders, we established the “Asahi Life Group Human Rights Policy” in April 2023, incorporating the commitments set forth in our Declaration on Human Rights.
We will continue our efforts to respect human rights and contribute to the creation of a culture that upholds human dignity.
